The client was struggling with lead-times and meeting key deliveries to retail due to delays in materials, supply chain and less predictable forecasts following covid pressures.

By providing a local stock and supply solution using our warehousing and distribution network, we were able to combine deliveries of printed cartons and corrugated transit packaging to reduce the delivery footprint and increase the speed of delivery to the customer to provide a just in time solution.

We were able to maximise the vehicle usage, optimise pallet configurations and reduce CO2 emmissions.

An average of 16 pallets per day increasing to 30 pallets of goods during peak supply.
